Friday May 29th   All Activies will be done at the Lodge unless noted

Saturday May 30th

                                    No more entries accepted for competition after 10am
9:00am-11:00am        
Seminar- Hands On, Rock Making-Chip Hayes
10:00am-12:00pm        Supply area open
12:00pm-1:00pm         Business meeting (Tennessee members only)
11:00am-12:00pm        Lunch served          
1:00pm-2:30pm        
Seminar- Antler repair, Frank Williams
1:00pm-2:30pm        Ladies Seminar-Cabin
2:30pm-3:00pm        Competition area open for voting(time may vary depends on # of mounts)
3:00pm-5:00pm        Supply area open (last chance to get supplies)
5:00pm-6:00pm        Suppliers break down and may need help loading trucks.
6:00pm               
 Awards and Dinner- at the Restaurant- casual wear
After Awards  Dinner,  Take pictures of mounts and Award Winners
9:00pm-?                Break down supply area pegboard
                                   (Break down will go easier if everyone can pitch in and help!!)        




This could all change the day before the convention. Our Judges will do a seminar, but may not be in this order
or time slot.   We normally have 3 seminars both days, so this schedule may change.
